It also offers advice in relation to updated regulations and, in short, compliance with all of the company\u2019s internal guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside all other control bodies, the Compliance Officer manages the Ethics and Compliance Channel of Hotei Properties SOCIMI, through which people may make enquiries or confidentially communicate possible breaches of the Code of Ethics and Conduct or the Crime Prevention Model without fear of reprisal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/hoteiproperties.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/18.-politica-compliance-penal-.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">See Compliance Policy<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Responsable de Cumplimiento, dependiente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Auditor\u00eda y Control, est\u00e1 dotado con la suficiente autonom\u00eda y competencia para supervisar la correcta aplicaci\u00f3n del C\u00f3digo \u00c9tico y de Conducta, as\u00ed como para la vigilancia de un adecuado funcionamiento del Modelo de Prevenci\u00f3n de Delitos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.
