TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE FOR THE WEBSITE

1. Purpose

The present general terms of use of the website of Hotei Properties Group, SOCIMI, S.A. (“Hotei Properties”) (https://www.hoteiproperties.es)(the “General T&Cs”) regulate the access and use of this website, along with the different pages that make up the site (the “Website”). Every time the user requests or uses the Website, they accept the current Terms & Conditions. They must therefore read them closely.

HOTEI reserves the right to modify the presentation or configuration of the Website or suspend, interrupt or bring operation of the Website to an end at any time.

Unless otherwise stipulated, the use of the Website will be free of charge and will not affect the connection cost the user must pay to access the telecommunications network.

Users voluntarily and expressly accept that their use of the Website is carried out under their sole and exclusive responsibility.

This Website may include links or references to other web pages. HOTEI has no responsibility for the content of third-party sites and will not be held responsible for any damage that said content may cause.

Anyone who is interested in including a link or a reference to this Website must contact HOTEI to obtain prior express authorisation to do so.

The establishing of a link does not entail any type of agreement, contract, sponsorship or recommendation by HOTEI of the page embedding the link, unless provided for through the corresponding contractual relationship between the parties.

HOTEI may, at any time, withdraw the authorisation mentioned in this section, without having to provide due cause. In that event, the page that has included the link must remove it as soon as it receives the notice withdrawing the authorisation.

5. Disclaimer of warranties and liabilities

HOTEI does not guarantee the Website’s availability or its continued functioning or the services or content offered within, and neither does it guarantee the Website’s existing content is updated, and it will not be held liable for any damages of any kind that may arise from these circumstances.

HOTEI will undertake all the necessary tasks to rectify any errors, re-establish communication and/or update the referred content, provided no circumstances arise that impede or hinder these actions.

HOTEI does not guarantee the technical reliability of its Website or access to its different pages, and similarly, it may not be held liable for any damages of any kind that may arise from these circumstances.

6. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by general Spanish law and any conflicts will be presented to the judges and courts of the city of Madrid unless any applicable regulations state otherwise.
