Takeover bids

On 9 June 2026, the Company announced, by means of inside information, that it had received from Painwick Project, S.L. (hereinafter, the “Offeror”) the announcement of a voluntary tender offer for shares addressed to the shareholders of the Company, under the terms and conditions set out in such announcement.
