Javier has spent his professional career in international investment banking for the last 22 years. Initially at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Managing Director, responsible for the Equity Capital Markets and Corporate Equity Derivatives area for Spain and Portugal. Later, at UBS, he held various positions of responsibility, being the head for Europe, Africa and the Middle East of Equity Capital Markets, member of the Management Committee and of the Operating Committee of the Investment Banking Area in Europe. Subsequently, the Global Head of Equity Capital Markets, Convertibles and Strategic Solutions for Variable Income clients until December 2019. During these years he has advised and led the implementation of more than 500 operations on the capital markets of Europe, Asia, America, the Middle East and Australia for listed companies in transactions for a total amount of more than 500 billion US dollars as a whole.

Javier Martínez-Piqueras has a Law Degree and a Degree in Economic & Business Sciences from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, ICADE (E-3)

Borja Escalada Jiménez is a graduate in Business Administration and Management from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF).

Borja started his career in the Capital Markets area at Arthur Andersen (now Deloitte). In 2007, he founded Vector Cuatro, a firm specialising in the investment and asset management of renewable energy assets worldwide, having led investments worth USD 4 billion and the asset management of more than 1,200 MW. Subsequently, between 2016 and 2023, he held the position of CEO of RLH Properties, a Mexican listed company in the luxury and ultra-luxury hotel sector. He has also held various executive positions with different funds and entities operating in different sectors, with a particular focus on the hotel sector.

He is managing partner of the Sancus Capital fund, which invests mainly in the hotel, real estate, private equity, energy and venture capital sectors in Spain and Mexico. He is also a member of the governing bodies of various entities in these sectors, and is a director of the companies that own and operate the Rosewood Villa Magna and Bless Madrid hotels.

Ricardo de Armas is a Managing Director at Castlelake, where he heads the Workouts team. Previously, he was part of Castlelake’s Asset-Backed Direct Lending team and Special Situations team, focused on investments in emerging markets. Prior to joining Castlelake, Ricardo held a senior investment role at an opportunistic family office, where he focused on deep value investments, restructuring and financial advisory. Prior to that, Ricardo was a principal at a private investment firm, where he focused on special situations investments in emerging markets. Earlier in his career, Ricardo was an investment banker with Citigroup’s Latin American group in New York, where he advised companies in a wide range of industry sectors on financial and strategic matters, and a financial analyst and cost manager at Procter & Gamble in Caracas, Venezuela.

Ricardo received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from Universidad Metropolitana in business administration. He is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Pablo Castellano Vázquez holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California (USA) and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (E-Business) from the Instituto de Empresas (IE) in Madrid. He is currently a consultant for Greenalia S.A. and Dolnai Technology. In addition, Pablo is Chairman of the Family Office Nakadama Group, an entity that offers investment and financial asset management services to its clients, one of its main pillars being the real estate sector, where it makes numerous strategic investments in all kinds of properties. Pablo is also Chairman of Alazady España S.L., a company specialised in the development of residential, commercial and industrial real estate projects, as well as property management.

Pablo is fluent in English and Spanish, and has an advanced level of French and Portuguese.

Isabel Dutilh is a founding partner of the law firm specialised in mergers and acquisitions Argali Abogados and is a member of Elecnor's Board of Directors as an Independent (member of the Audit Committee and the Appointments, Remunerations and Sustainability Committee). She is a member of the Board of Directors of Banco de Alcalá S.A. as an Independent (Chairman of the Appointments and Remunerations’ Committee and a member of the Supervisory and Audit Committee).

She also chairs the Legal Security working group of the Círculo de Empresarios, an organisation whereof she was the Deputy Chairman between March 2015 and March 2021.

Isabel has a Law Degree from San Pablo CEU University, two master's degrees, one in Maritime Business from ICADE/Instituto Marítimo Español and the second in Maritime Law from the University of Wales. She completed the Leadership in Law Firms program at Harvard University.

Pilar Muñoz Sanz has a degree in Law and Economic and Business Sciences from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (E3) and a Master's in Taxation from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues in Madrid. At present, she is the director of the Internal Tax Advisory Area of Uría y Menéndez, a firm where she has spent practically her entire professional career. Pilar is also a professor at the Francisco de Vitoria University and the Villanueva University, both in Madrid.

Pilar is fluent in English and Spanish and has an advanced level of French and German.
